This page covers appcut.ai, the marketing site you are reading now, operated by AppCut. The product itself, at app.appcut.ai, has its own policy covering accounts, generated video and billing — read it here.

The form stores what you type — your email address, and optionally your name, your app's store link, your platform and a monthly ad spend band. Alongside it we store your IP address, browser user-agent, referring page and any campaign tags in the link you arrived on. The IP and user-agent exist to rate-limit the form and catch automated submissions; the rest tells us which apps to prioritise as we onboard.

We use it to contact you about early access and to send you a confirmation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

We record a row each time a page is loaded: the path, the referring site's hostname, any campaign tags, and whether the device is a phone, tablet or desktop. That is the whole record.

We deliberately store only the referring hostname rather than the full referring URL, because the path can carry personal detail from somebody else's site and we have no use for it.

We advertise on Google. To know whether an ad led to an account, the site loads Google's conversion tag, which sets a first-party cookie recording that you arrived from one of our ads. It is used only to count sign-ups from ads, not to build a profile of you or to show you ads elsewhere. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland that cookie is not set; Google estimates those conversions instead. There are no other cookies on this site.

Supabase hosts the database that stores the above. Resend delivers the confirmation email. Vercel hosts and serves this site. Each processes the data only to provide that service.

We keep access requests until they are no longer relevant to onboarding. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will remove the record — email hello@appcut.ai from the address you signed up with. Page-view rows contain nothing identifying, so there is nothing in them to attribute to you or remove.

If this changes materially we will update this page and its effective date.
